for the Online Course “Consciously Manifesting Happiness”

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between

– hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” –

and customers – hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” –
regarding the purchase of the online course “Consciously Manifesting Happiness.”

By purchasing the course, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a digital self-paced online course consisting of:

7 video modules
a digital workbook (download)
an RTT manifestation hypnosis audio (download)

All content is provided exclusively in digital form.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the course on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the course.
The contract is concluded upon successful payment.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices indicated on the website apply and are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Payment is made using the payment methods provided on the website.
Access to the course will be granted after successful receipt of payment.

5. Access and Use

After purchase, the Customer will receive a personal access link to the protected members’ area via email.

Access credentials are personal and confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

All course materials are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or public dissemination without prior written consent of the Provider is prohibited.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

As the course consists of digital content, there is generally no entitlement to a refund once access to the course has been granted.

Any goodwill refunds remain at the sole discretion of the Provider.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The online course is intended for personal development and spiritual guidance.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional medical or psychotherapeutic care.

Participation is undertaken at the Customer’s own responsibility.
No guarantee is given regarding specific results.

8. Health Notice

The RTT hypnosis included in the course is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions or unstable medical conditions.

If in doubt, professional medical or therapeutic advice should be sought before use.

9. Technical Availability

The Provider endeavors to ensure uninterrupted availability of the digital content.
However, temporary technical disruptions cannot be entirely excluded.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.
